This course is intended to provide functional consultants with an understanding of how the Vehicle Management System works from a technical perspective and how VMS can easily be enhanced by developing custom actions. This course will help functional consultants to identify when custom development might be required, enable them to write better functional specification documents for custom development, know where to set breakpoints when testing and troubleshooting and provide the knowledge and confidence to guide technical consultants through the solution.
